Our Buddy Crew program fosters a culture of inclusivity, support and friendship among our students. Designed to pair older students with younger ones, this initiative creates meaningful connections that benefit everyone involved.
Buddy Crew enables older students to develop leadership skills, empathy and a sense of responsibility as they guide and mentor their younger peers. This not only boosts their confidence but also instils our value of Be Kind. For younger students, having Buddy Crew provides a sense of security and belonging in our school community. They gain a role model to look up to, someone to turn to for help or guidance and a friend who makes school more enjoyable.
